In a diverse holiday-focused marketplace with C2C and small business sellers, users often struggle to discover relevant products, evaluate sellers, or connect for negotiations—especially for secondhand items. A more informative, searchable, and communicative product details experience was needed to improve trust and conversion. As the product designer, I led the design of the product details page—from wireframes to final UI—working closely with engineers and the product team. I focused on improving searchability, transparency, and communication between buyers and sellers.
